Because each item is made to order, we do not offer returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or unmet expectations. Please double-check sizing and product details before purchasing.

✅ We’ll make it right if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • Your order is incorrect (wrong item, size, or design)

If this happens, just contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@squatchfam.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.

❌ We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • General dissatisfaction unrelated to quality or error

All eligible returns and refunds are at the discretion of SquatchFam™.

🕒 Processing Time

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
